Our well equipped and comfortably furnished apartment Porthmelgan, is the most perfect home from home base from which to discover all that Pembrokeshire has on offer.

This family apartment sleeps 4 and is named after the beach on the coast path walk to St Davids Head from Whitesands. This beach is only accessible by a 20minute coastal path hike from Whitesands beach where there is parking and amenities or by boat. This remote beach reminds us of a desert island beach, a secluded cove with gorgeous white sand often with no footprints especially out of season. Somewhat sheltered by Ramsey Island and the Bishop & Clerks Reef which are in view just offshore as is the South Bishops lighthouse on the horizon.

Furnished with comfort and quality in mind the sofas and lounge area will provide you with a relaxing environment after busy days adventuring and exploring the wonderful Pembrokeshire environment. A well equipped kitchenette with farmhouse style seating for all, allows you to enjoy family meals and takeaways from the many venues on your doorstep. With its own balcony which has a small table and 2 patio chairs, overlooking the secluded courtyard, its location is so convenient for shops and pubs and bus stops just around the corner, all just minutes away. Our comfortable mattresses and triple glazing will ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Your Apartment

First Floor:

Access to your first floor apartment is up one flight of stairs from the ground level and our tranquil paved courtyard which has established shrubs and flowerbeds. You will have access to communal patio tables and chairs which are available to all of our guests.

Enter into the stair hallway from a first floor level balustrade. No dogs are permitted in this apartment which has carpets throughout apart with exception of the kitchen which has tiled flooring as does the bathroom.

Straight ahead out of the hallspace is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner – 2 sofas, smart TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, dining table to seat all, kitchenette – electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer.

Second Floor:

Double bedroom – double bed, built in wardrobe and drawer units, dressing table, hairdryer

Twin bedroom – twin beds, built in wardrobe and drawer units, velux window

Bathroom – bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin

Porthmelgan has its own parking bay in our carpark to the rear of the property.
