Welcoming you to our comfortable Abermawr Apartment

Our well equipped and comfortably furnished apartment Abermawr, is the most perfect home from home base from which to discover all that Pembrokeshire has on offer.

This large family apartment sleeps 6 and is named after the remote North Pembrokeshire beach Abermawr which is a half hour drive from your apartment on the north Pembrokeshire Coast. A pebble bank, backed by earthed cliffs with a large sandy beach at low tide where you can often see tree stumps, the remains of a forest drowned by a sudden flood as an ice sheet melted 8000 years ago. The stumps have been perfectly preserved by salt. Behind the beach are an interesting ruined cottage, a wildlife-rich marshy area and bluebell woods climbing the hill at the southern end. There are no amenities or lifeguards so beware the currents when swimming and the climb down and steps are steep.

Furnished with comfort and quality in mind the sofas and lounge area will provide you with a relaxing environment after busy days adventuring and exploring the wonderful Pembrokeshire Coast. You can operate your gas central heating to suit your needs, allowing for a really cosy warm apartment especially in colder winter months. A well equipped kitchenette with farmhouse style seating for all, allows you to enjoy family meals and takeaways from the many venues on your doorstep. With its own balcony overlooking the high street, its location is so convenient for shops and pubs and bus stops just around the corner, all just minutes away. Our comfortable mattresses and double glazing will assist a good night’s sleep.

Your Apartment

First Floor:

Access to your first floor apartment is up one flight of stairs from the ground level and our tranquil paved courtyard which has established shrubs and flowerbeds. You will have access to communal patio tables and chairs which are available to all of our guests.

Enter into the hallway from a first floor level balustrade. No dogs are permitted in this apartment which has carpets throughout apart from the exception of the kitchen and bathroom which have tiled flooring.

Turn left off the hall for the kitchenette – electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer.

The kitchenette opens up to the open plan lounge/diner – 3 sofas, smart TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, dining table to seat 6

Turn right in hallway for staircase to second floor

Second Floor:

Double Bedroom – double bed, built in wardrobe and drawer units, dressing table, hairdryer

Larger twin bedroom – twin beds, built in wardrobe and drawer units,

Smaller twin bedroom – twin beds, built in wardrobe and drawer units,

Bathroom – with bath and overhead shower, WC, washbasin

Double glazed and quiet even though some rooms overlook the highstreet which is quiet at night

Parking

Abermawr has its own parking bay in our carpark to the rear of the property.
