Our well equipped and comfortably furnished apartment Abereiddi, is the most perfect home from home base from which to discover all that Pembrokeshire has on offer.

Named after Abereiddi, a north Pembrokeshire beach famous for it black sand which is a result of its slate cliffs. Just a walk up the far north hill and out onto the headland and you’ll come across the famous Blue Lagoon. A quarry which had its sea wall blown up to create a man made sheltered harbour which is extremely deep and has a distinct turquoise blue colour. Seals often shelter here and it’s popular too with outdoor activity providers for coasteering, as its disused quarry walls provide different levels for jumping in from. But please do this safely with guides who know these waters and are trained in water and adventure safety.

You can operate your gas central heating to suit your needs, allowing for a really cosy warm apartment especially in colder winter monthsA separate well equipped kitchen with farmhouse style seating for all, allows you to enjoy family meals and takeaways from the many venues on your doorstep. Its high street location is so convenient for shops and pubs and bus stops just round the corner, all just minutes away. Our comfortable mattresses and double glazing will assist a good night’s sleep.

Your Apartment

First Floor:

Access to your first floor apartment is up one flight of stairs from the ground level and our tranquil paved courtyard which has established shrubs and flowerbeds. You will have access to communal patio tables and chairs which are available to all of our guests.

Enter into the hallway from a first floor level balustrade overlooking the centrally located courtyard.

No dogs are permitted in this apartment which has carpets throughout apart from the exception of the kitchen and the bathroom which are tiled.

Turn right off the hall for the kitchen/diner – electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dining table to seat 4

Straight ahead down the hall for the Lounge – 1 sofa, 2 arm chairs, smart TV, DVD player, CD/radio player

Turn left in the hallway for the carpeted staircase to the second floor

Second Floor:

Double bedroom (courtyard side) – double bed, built in wardrobe and drawer units, dressing table, velux windows, hairdryer

Twin bedroom – twin beds, built in wardrobe and drawer units,

Bathroom – with bath, shower, WC, washbasin

Double glazed and quiet even though some rooms overlook the highstreet which is quiet at night

Parking

Porthgain has its own parking bay in our carpark to the rear of the property
